Self-Introduction
My Name is Julanne….
1. My name is Julanne Payton, and it originated from the English language in England.
My mom was the person who chose to name me Julanne.
2. My mom decided to give me that name, because she found it unique thought it to be beautiful, and hadn’t met many people with that name. I was named after my cousin Julanne who was named after Johnny Carson’s wife, and she was named after Julanne Johnston, a famous actress from the early 1920’s.
3. I actually have always liked my name, due to the fact that I have never met one other person, other than my cousin, that has my name and that’s always been something I liked. One bad thing about my name is that almost everyone tries to pronounce it Julianne, and it gets kind of irritating because there’s no I in my name. If I could choose to have a secret identity name I would choose to be called Antonella, Antonella is an Italian name I always liked, and the whole time I lived in Italy I only met one Antonella and so it’s unique like mine, and that’s why I like it.

Julanne,
I could guess that your name is English in origin because the boy's name, Julian, which is similar to your name, is also from England.
And of course, the boy's name explains why many people might mispronounce your name. Do they also insist on calling you Jules?
I have never encountered the name Antonella before; it sounds mysterious -- like the name of some girl who lives in the mountains and forests.
Hello Julanne http://julanne1.wordpress.com/
cheers
Julanne
